A professional-grade kitchen is never really one appliance — it is a small fleet, and each piece fails on its own terms. The range cooks, the hood pulls the smoke, the refrigerator and its wine cellar hold temperature within a degree, and the dishwasher and ice maker run on the same hard water day after day. Instead of sending you to a different specialist for each, we cover the cooking, cooling, cleaning and ventilation side of a luxury Arvada kitchen under a single phone number.

That breadth is on purpose. When a wall oven and its vent hood, or a built-in fridge and the wine cooler beside it, share wiring and plumbing, the fix goes smoother when the technician already knows how the whole kitchen fits together. Whatever you book, the visit runs the same deliberate way — and the full list of what we handle sits a click away on this page.

Two facts about the Front Range shape a large share of our work. The first is elevation: Arvada sits high enough that gas appliances calibrated for denser, sea-level air tend to run rich — a lazy yellow flame, soot, dragging ignition — until the orifice sizing and air mix are re-tuned for the thinner fuel they breathe.

The second is the water. Hard, mineral-heavy supply leaves scale that clouds dishwasher racks, chokes the fine lines inside an ice maker, and furs the boiler in a steam oven. Add bone-dry winter air that stiffens door gaskets, and a lot of what looks like a broken part is really the climate leaving fingerprints. We fix the fault and settle the cause behind it.

Every job runs on one method. An $89 service call fee brings a technician to your door for a hands-on diagnosis — the real failure tested in front of you, not read off a phone description — and that fee is credited back toward the repair once you approve it. You get a firm price in person before any work begins; we don't float a number over the phone and hope it holds.

Parts go in as OEM-quality, factory-specified components, so a repaired burner or cooling system behaves the way its engineers intended. Visits run daily from 8 AM to 6 PM across Arvada and the northwest Denver metro, the phone is answered 24/7 at (720) 704-2791, and same-day slots open when the schedule allows. We're an independent shop — not affiliated with any manufacturer — which is exactly why we move fast. Prefer to skip the call? Book online.

Q.01

What appliances do you repair in Arvada, CO?

We cover the whole high-end kitchen — gas and induction ranges, cooktops, wall ovens, refrigerators and freezers, wine coolers, dishwashers, ice makers, ventilation hoods and outdoor cooking gear. If it heats, cools, cleans or clears the air, it's in our lane. Call (720) 704-2791 or book online and tell us the model.

Q.02

Do you fix brands other than Viking?

Yes. Alongside Viking we service the pro-style lineup — Wolf, Sub-Zero, Thermador, Miele, Gaggenau, Dacor, Bertazzoni, Monogram and more — because the build quality is similar enough that our approach carries across them. Not sure your unit fits? Call (720) 704-2791 or book online.

Q.03

Is there a charge just to have someone diagnose the problem?

There's an $89 service call fee that covers the on-site diagnosis, and it's credited toward the repair as soon as you approve the work — so it isn't money spent twice. The exact repair price comes after we test the appliance in person, never as a firm quote by phone. Book online or call (720) 704-2791.

Questions, answered straight

04 entries
Are you an authorized Viking or manufacturer service center?

No. We're a fully independent repair company and are not authorized by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Viking Range, LLC, Middleby, or any manufacturer. What we offer is deep familiarity with these appliances and OEM-quality, factory-specified parts.

I'm not sure which appliance is the real problem — how do I book?

Just call and describe what you're seeing. A fridge that seems warm is sometimes an ice maker or a door seal, and we'd rather sort that out with you than have you guess at the right service. Once we know the symptom, we bring the right parts.

Do you service built-in, paneled, and outdoor appliances too?

Yes. Panel-ready refrigerators and dishwashers, built-in wall ovens and wine cellars, and outdoor grills and burners are all part of the work. Built-in and outdoor units often take more disassembly, which we account for in the on-site quote.

How soon can you come out?

Service visits run every day from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the phone is staffed 24/7 at (720) 704-2791. When the day's schedule has an opening we come the same day, so calling early or booking online improves your odds of a same-day window.

The oven door on our Viking had settled far enough out of true that you could feel heat spilling past the top edge, and anything roasted longer than an hour came out cooked on one side. Tired hinge springs, apparently, not the seal I had been blaming. He replaced them, reset the door, then had me crouch down and sight along the gap myself before and after. Our bungalow off Olde Town is not exactly square either, so I appreciated being shown rather than told.

Water kept dribbling from the dispenser for a good ten seconds after you let go of the paddle, and the ice side had gone erratic with it. I called late in the afternoon and there was a technician at the door before nine the following morning. He put it down to the dispenser solenoid, changed it, cycled it a dozen times to be sure, and left without trying to sell us a single thing beyond the repair we asked for.

One burner scorching, the one beside it unable to hold a simmer — I had assumed a gas supply problem. The simmer plate on the rangetop had warped, which I would never have worked out on my own. What sold me was that he took readings across the burners before he started and again when he finished, and showed me both.

Standing water in the bottom of the Miele after every cycle. I had pulled the filter apart twice looking for the culprit and found nothing. It turned out to be the drain check valve stuck in place, replaced in about half an hour, and six months on the tub is still bone dry at the end of a wash.

The meat probe on our double oven had gone completely dead — plug it in and the display simply ignored it. I had already bought a second probe before calling, which was money wasted, because the fault was in the jack circuit rather than the probe. One visit to sort it, and the $89 diagnostic came off the final bill exactly as I was told it would on the phone.

For a few weeks the ice maker had been dropping cloudy, half-formed cubes into the bin, and the inlet valve turned out to be choked with mineral scale — no great mystery with the water we get here. The diagnosis was right the first time, which I do give them credit for. What costs them the fifth star is that the replacement valve took an extra day to arrive, so it became two visits and a second afternoon of me sitting at home waiting. Ice is clear again and the price was what he quoted, but that second trip was avoidable.
